Problem: A Packed Room, Booked One DM at a Time
BamBoa is one of the busiest restaurant-lounges in Lagos: dinner, drinks and a room that fills from Thursday to Sunday, with Friday the biggest night of the week.
Demand was never the problem. It arrived on Instagram, in WhatsApp chats and at the door, and every table had to be confirmed, chased and remembered by hand.
Big tables were held on a promise, deposits meant bank transfers and screenshots, and nobody had one view of who was coming, or who had been before.
The Dinesurf Transformation: Every Table Paid For, Every Guest Remembered
Deposit-Backed Table Bookings Guests pay the deposit when they book, and the table is theirs. More than a third of all bookings now arrive with the deposit already paid.
One Booking Link for Instagram Instagram is where BamBoa’s guests find it: 59% of the bookings guests make themselves come from there, straight into Dinesurf.
The Whole Room in One System Walk-ins, WhatsApp and phone bookings are logged by the team next to online bookings, so the floor and the Guestbook see every guest.
