Can I sell tickets for a weekly night?
Yes. Set an event to repeat daily, weekly, every two weeks or monthly, or pick several dates by hand. Every date shares the same ticket types, and you can add dates later.
Do guests need an app to get in?
No. Each guest gets a QR ticket for every seat by email. Your staff scan them at the door with the Dinesurf app, or type the code in.
When do I get paid for tickets?
Ticket sales are ready to pay out the morning after each date. You request the payout from your dashboard.
What happens if I cancel a date?
The tickets for that date are refunded and the guests are told. You can also pause sales without cancelling anything.
Can I take private event or catering requests?
Yes. Inquiry forms on your website send each request, with the date, party size and contact details, to your Dinesurf inbox.
