Which AI assistants does it work with?

Claude, as a custom connector, and ChatGPT, through Developer mode. It also works with other assistants that support MCP connectors. You use the AI account you already have.

Which Dinesurf plans include it?

Every paid plan, and your free trial. It isn’t part of the free version.

Can it message my guests or take payments?

No, on purpose. Sending newsletters, refunds, payments, closing tabs and changing bookings stay in your dashboard, where a person does them.

Is my data safe?

Each person gets their own private link, and it can only do what their role in Dinesurf allows, checked on every request. You can make a link read-only, every action is recorded, and you can revoke a link in one click.

Can my staff use it too?

Yes. Each person makes their own link with their own permissions, so a host’s assistant can see the door and the bookings, and a manager’s can do everything their login can.

Do I need to be technical to set it up?

No. You create a link in Dinesurf, paste it into your assistant’s settings once, and start asking. It takes a few minutes on a computer.
